Algeco Scotsman to buy Target Logistics for up to $625M

Algeco Scotsman, the Baltimore-based provider of modular and temporary building systems, plans to buy Target Logistics Management LLC of Boston for up to $625 million.

Target Logistics provides temporary housing and related services to workers in the oil and gas industries. The company operates more than 5,000 beds in 16 facilities in Arizona, North Dakota, Texas and in Mexico.
