AFP Logistics takes 193,000 square feet at Montgomery Park
An Anne Arundel County company that makes and distributes sustainable wood mouldings has moved into Baltimore’s Montgomery Park complex, bringing 80 jobs to the city.
AFP Logistics & Service’s 193,000-square-foot office and warehouse lease is one of the rare big leases in a commercial and industrial real estate market still trying to emerge from a recession. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal comes as a boon to Montgomery Park, a redeveloped Montgomery Ward’s Catalog building…
