Advertising.com acquires Buysight Inc.

The Advertising.com Group, the Baltimore-based advertising branch of AOL, has acquired Silicon Valley’s Buysight Inc.

Buysight, based in Sunnyvale, Calif., specializes in targeted advertising tailored to consumer interests.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Other companies under the Ad.com Group’s umbrella include Advertising.com, ADTECH, The AOL On Network, goviral and Pictela.
