Accident on I-95 leaves BMW dangling from overpass

Traffic backed up for 3.5 miles shortly before noon Monday

Traffic was backed up for three and a half miles on southbound I-95 near Washington Boulevard early Monday afternoon, due to a multi-vehicle collision that temporarily left a BMW dangling over the guardrail of an overpass on I-95.
