81,000-s.f. Heathrow Business Center in Columbia sells
Ben Epstein & Associates LLC of Silver Spring has sold the 81,067-square-foot Heathrow Business Center at 9176 Red Branch Road in Columbia.
A private investor acquired the building Dec. 6 for $6.92 million. McShea & Co. Inc., which represented the seller, did not disclose the name of the buyer.
The building is part of the Oakland Ridge Business Park, a 2.1 million-square-foot office and industrial park built in 1973.
