600 new homes coming to Urbana

The Frederick County Commissioners have unanimously approved a proposal to bring 600 new homes to Urbana, the Frederick News-Post reports.

Developer Thomas Natelli's proposal calls for a blend of housing, commercial and office space on the 181-acre rectangle wedged between Md. 355 and I-270, according to the News-Post.
