400 E. Pratt owner eyes two restaurants as part of makeover
A makeover of 400 E. Pratt St. may include the addition of two national restaurants that would be new to Baltimore, the building’s owner said Thursday.
PDL Associates, the building’s owner, also has a signed letter of intent from a tenant to take about 22,000 square feet of office space on the building’s second floor, PDL’s Peter Leibowits said.
