The 13th Floor to reopen in Mount Vernon's Belvedere
The 13th Floor, a plush bar in Mount Vernon’s Belvedere, will reopen Wednesday after closing for a full-scale renovation in April.
Owner Sondra Goad, who runs the Belvedere Restaurant Group with her husband, pumped more than $500,000 into the project. The last time the space had been renovated was in the 1990s, and Goad said it was time to devote the time and money to bring it up to date.
