$10 million unaccounted for in former Struever Bros. project
Almost $10 million is unaccounted for in a scrapped Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse Inc. project, The Providence Journal reported.
The Baltimore developer received $36 million from private investors for a Providence, R.I., project called the Dynamo House. But only about $26 million of that money can be documented, The Journal reported.
The newly formed Harbor Point Development Group LLC, led by Michael Beatty, has gained control of the project, but can't move forward until outstanding financial issues…
