A streetlight is just a streetlight, right?

Not according to Baltimore. For decades, city streets have been lit with sodium-vapor bulbs, the orange-ish, glaring lights we’re all familiar with. But, increasingly, Baltimore and other cities have been switching to light-emitting-diode, or LED, streetlights.
