A lot of us don’t have much more image of the Port of Baltimore than the tall cranes we see as we pass the port exit off I-95 … or what we might see if we’re lucky enough to book a cruise.  We don’t know much about the port’s sprawling footprint, the people who work there and the seafarers who man the ships that dock there.
