Still awaiting final approval from Maryland’s Public Services Commission on its purchase of Constellation Energy, Exelon has already selected a spot for its new headquarters: Harbor Point. The 27-acre brownfield site once home to a chromium plant, is located in the Harbor East area of Baltimore, about a mile from downtown. Artist renderings of the building show a 22-story tower, a park and a lacrosse field – a shiny new addition to the city’s waterfront.
