For Baltimore businesses, this is "Clean Your Files" day, part of the city's campaign to encourage more recycling -- with an eventual goal of increasing the rate from 27 percent in the year 2010 to 35 percent by 2015. Public works crews will be stopping by some businesses this morning to pick up old files for recycling. WYPR's Kenneth Burns reports on other ways that the city is trying to move the "Drive to 35."
