It’s been said the race for Baltimore mayor is incumbent Stephanie Rawlings Blake’s to lose. And Rawlings Blake has taken a cautious approach to campaigning that suggests she’s not about to risk making the kind of mistake that could do her in. WYPR’s Joel McCord reports.
